Boulevard Park Seattle
Washington is a tiny
pocket of a place, an
island of unincorporated
county wedged between
four cities.
Seattle's to the north,
Burien's to the west,
Tukwila's to the east
and SeaTac's down south.
But it's happy being its
blue-collar,
down-to-earth,
independent self.
This hillside
neighborhood of
bungalows, ramblers,
split-levels,
apartments, condos and
farmhouses is full of
bargains, some with city
and mountain views. With
easy access to I-5 and
local highways, it's a
quick trip to downtown
or South Center.
Despite its proximity to
crowded centers, it's
retained some rural
characteristics.
For a small place,
there's much going on.
Boulevard Park Seattle
Washington has a Web
site, annual parade,
community council and
small businesses.
There's the library,
army of volunteers, two
golf courses and a
beloved park.
Residents say they like
Boulevard Park for its
down-home feel,
diversity, less crowded
roads and affordable
